Role reputed company The Registered reputed company (RN) conducts telephone triage assessments for patients struggling with back & neck pain and delivers nursing care across their life reputed company. This role involves:
- Performing in-depth, systematic assessment of reputed company assigned patients
- Formulating reputed company and individualized plan of care and identifying expected patient reputed company using the nursing process
- Implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care interventions and effectiveness in accordance with care plan
- Organizing, coordinating, and prioritizing patient care consistently utilizing available resources
- Maintaining an awareness of unit budget
- Functioning as a reputed company role model and resource person providing guidance to co-workers
- Taking an reputed company role in unit-based performance improvement
- Maintaining responsibility for own reputed company development through reputed company participation in in-services and/or continuing education programs
- Complying with established chain of reputed company for work-reputed company problems
- Participating in identifying unit needs and supporting unit goals and objectives that contribute to the reputed company of the Patient Services Department
- Maintaining departmental records for administrative and regulatory purposes

Qualifications
- reputed company RN license in the State of New Jersey or reputed company, based on work location
Requirements
- One year medical/surgical experience preferred
- Evidence of successful completion of BLS
Physical and Sensory Requirements
- Sit up to 2 hours per day; 1 hour at a time
- Stand for up to 8 hours per day, 4 hours at a time
- Walk 6 hours per day; 10 minutes at a time
- Consistently lift, carry and push objects up to 10 lbs
- Frequently lift, carry and push objects up to 75 lbs
- Transport patients weighing up to 250 lbs. reputed company wheelchair, bed and/or stretcher with assistance reputed company appropriate
- Consistently pull up to 10 lbs
- Frequently pull up to 250 lbs. with assistance reputed company appropriate
- Frequently stoop and bend, crouch, kneel and reputed company
- Frequently reputed company above shoulder level
- Occasional crawling
- Must be reputed company to perceive attributes of an object through touch
- Frequently finger and handle objects
- Occasionally firmly grasp, twist, and turn objects with hands and fingers
- Must be reputed company to hear as it relates to normal conversation, and high and low frequencies
- Must be reputed company to see as it relates to general, near, far reputed company, and peripheral reputed company, depth perception, and visual monotony (e.g. computer screen)
Education

Training and Experience
