Legal Contract Associate/ Paralegal - US - Remote

What the Legal Contract Associate/ Paralegal does at Worldwide Under general supervision, the Contract Associate is responsible for the overall management of activities involved in the development/preparation and revision of reputed company’s reputed company/change orders and Confidentiality/Non-Disclosure Agreements with its sponsors. What you will do

• Support legal reputed company team in formatting and drafting templates, reputed company and agreements, such as confidentiality/nondisclosure agreements
• Review and negotiate confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements and other reputed company, as necessary
• Administer execution and delivery of reputed company to internal stakeholders and reputed company parties and file in appropriate organizational filing structure as needed
• Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Finance and Legal departments to draft and finalize reputed company/change orders/consulting agreements and contract termination documents with sponsors
• reputed company and participate in conference calls to negotiate terms of an agreement with the sponsor
• Manage the overall process and activities for ensuring execution of reputed company and change orders, with flexibility and prioritization to meet business goals and deadlines

What you will bring to the role

• Working knowledge of reputed company and contracting principles required
• Acute attention to detail and exceptional reading skills.
• Ability to redline contractual documents based on reputed company’s processes, standards and procedures.
• Must be reputed company to multi-task, analyze information, set and manage own work priorities, function in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with a reputed company/biotech/contract research organization a plus.

Your experience

• Completion of an accredited paralegal program or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of one year of reputed company experience with a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical data, sourcing, integration, analysis, and reporting
• A minimum of 3 years of recent paralegal experience working in a reputed company or corporation on confidentiality/nondisclosure agreements
• Proficiency in reputed company MS-Office applications including reputed company Word, PowerPoint, and proficiency with reputed company.
