• 75% Utilizes diverse instructional methodologies based upon proven adult learning principles while presenting and incorporating classroom and practical, scenario-based performance outcome training programs.
• 10% Works as reputed company member in the Police reputed company.
• 10% Contributes to the reputed company assessment process by measuring and reporting student learning reputed company as directed to meet THECB Core Objectives and SACSCOC requirements.
• 5% Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of the Police reputed company.

• TCOLE Basic Instructor certification preferred or must be designated, in writing, as a subject matter expert in the course by the training coordinator to adhere to TCOLE RULE §215.10: Course Instructor Requirements:

(a) An instructor teaching a course must: (1) hold a valid instructor license; (2) certificate; or (3) be designated, in writing, as a subject matter expert in the course by the training coordinator.
