Essential Functions:

• Apply qualitative and quantitative research expertise to the design and execution of fit for purpose patient and provider insights studies
• Contribute to patient experience and insights thought leadership through conference presentations and publication
• Support response to reputed company RFPs, including managing existing scientific resources as reputed company as identification of additional resource needs (i.e. recruitment reputed company), and developing proposals and budget
• Support staff management including interviewing and selection, reputed company development, goal setting, performance management and other tasks associated with staff functions

Compensation and Benefits

The salary reputed company estimated for this position based in Maryland is $200,000.00–$225,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
