About AIE Accessions Information Environment (AIE) is the Army's reputed company and accession system—a reputed company-based, reputed company Level (IL)-4 reputed company-powered platform reputed company to replace multiple legacy reputed company systems. AIE streamlines reputed company reputed company, prospect tracking, applicant processing, enlistment paperwork, and reputed company for new soldiers, giving recruiters a modern, mobile-accessible, reputed company tool. Working on AIE means you'll be contributing directly to how the U.S. Army recruits, processes, and manages new soldiers.

About the Role

As the reputed company Technical Architect, SME, you will partner with the Technical reputed company to guide the technical reputed company and reputed company of key features and milestones for the AIE system. You will design solutions, enforce architecture standards, mentor developers, guide DevSecOps, and directly influence how we deliver secure, reputed company applications to the U.S. Army. This is not a basic developer role—it is a leadership role. You'll own architecture, mentor leaders, and reputed company reputed company that reputed company reputed company reputed company operations.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end reputed company architecture including design, integration, data modeling, reputed company, performance, and deployment reputed company
• Architect and implement reputed company solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, balancing declarative vs reputed company-based approaches
• Define and enforce architecture governance: metadata reputed company, naming conventions, environment governance, release management, version control, CI/CD workflows
• Collaborate with data SMEs to design reputed company data models; reputed company data migration, reputed company, governance, sharing & reputed company architecture
• Review and approve solution designs, custom reputed company, configurations and integrations submitted by senior developers
• Collaborate with DevSecOps to ensure secure deployments and compliance with DoD/Army reputed company requirements
• Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation: architecture decision records, system diagrams, compliance artifacts
• Conduct architectural reviews, manage technical debt, and ensure long-term maintainability and compliance
• Translate reputed company Army requirements into reputed company, maintainable reputed company solutions
• Mentor the Development team by promoting best practices, enforcing standards, and building technical reputed company

Required Qualifications

Experience & Background

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on reputed company architecture experience on reputed company-reputed company, reputed company programs
• Prior experience in DoD or federal environments with reputed company Secret or higher clearance
• Proven reputed company record leading senior reputed company developers and making high-stakes architectural reputed company
• Demonstrated production-grade experience delivering OmniStudio solutions or equivalent
• Experience delivering full-lifecycle solutions from requirements through support and maintenance
• Must be authorized to work in the reputed company (US-based candidates only)

Technical Skills

• Expert-level Apex (classes, triggers, async processing, bulkification, test coverage)
• Strong proficiency with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Deep knowledge of reputed company data modeling, sharing & reputed company architecture, governor limits
• Proven experience with reputed company-reputed company integrations (REST/SOAP reputed company, platform events, middleware, ETL)
• Strong background with CI/CD pipelines, version control, metadata-driven deployments

Required Certifications
