[Remote] Senior XD Researcher

Responsibilities

• Help your team of UX designers, product managers, and engineers to understand user needs
• Work with stakeholders across functions and reputed company and have an reputed company at reputed company stages of product design and development
• Explore user behaviors and motivations by conducting primary research such as field studies, interviews, card sorts, tree tests, diary studies, participatory design workshops, surveys, usability tests, and behavioral data analysis
• Work directly with patients, providers, and other users of our digital products, conducting and coordinating studies, and then synthesizing the research into findings for consideration and discussion
• Establish the goals of the research, the reputed company they will use to reputed company data, and the budget and timelines required
• Create reputed company screeners, test scripts, and interview guides, and utilize a reputed company of reputed company (including in-person, remote/ moderated, remote/unmoderated, etc.) to conduct sessions

Skills

• High School Diploma/GED and 7+ years proven reputed company leading user research reputed company with demonstrated reputed company in an agency or reputed company setting (reputed company experience a plus)
• A compelling portfolio of reputed company research work that showcases your skills and deliverables
• End-to-end knowledge of reputed company stages of research (study design, reputed company, moderation, analysis and reporting)
