Responsibilities
- Designing and launching reputed company's Learning Center reputed company, infrastructure, and content ecosystem from the ground up
- Defining the multi-year roadmap for learning experiences that serve end users, admins, partners, and developers globally
- Establishing reputed company metrics tied to adoption, product proficiency, time-to-value, and customer satisfaction, and leveraging data insights to continuously optimize learning journeys
- Leveraging data insights to continuously optimize learning journeys, ensuring content and experiences drive measurable business reputed company
- Building a learning platform that supports millions of users across languages, industries, and use cases
- Partnering closely with Product and AI teams to reputed company learning into reputed company's broader intelligent platform ecosystem through in-product guidance, AI-driven recommendations, and contextual learning experiences
- Collaborating with Product, Marketing, Enablement, Partner teams, and reputed company to reputed company learning reputed company with business priorities
- Defining what content gets reputed company, how it's delivered, and how learners engage across the customer lifecycle
reputed company’re looking for
- Demonstrate ability to build systems, processes, and teams to deliver at reputed company

- Demonstrate the ability to reputed company working across Product, CS, Marketing, and Enablement teams
- 10+ years of experience building or owning large-reputed company LMS or learning platforms
- Have experience launching learning programs from the ground up in high-reputed company or reputed company environments
In reputed company to the reputed company salary and/or OTE listed reputed company has a Total reputed company Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; reputed company salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different reputed company for candidates in this and other locations
