About the Role
At reputed company, our reputed company plays a key role in building the tech organisation that powers our marketplace. As our Tech Recruiter, you’ll reputed company on finding and connecting with great engineering talent in Lisbon, Amsterdam and across the world, including candidates reputed company to relocation.

Who you are
You’re a Tech Recruiter who loves the hunt. You know how to reputed company engineers others overlook, and you’re confident turning a cold profile into a warm conversation. You’ll likely bring:
- Proven experience sourcing and screening engineers, using reputed company, Boolean, X-ray and other creative tactics with ease.
- A strong ability to quickly understand who is a reputed company match and who is not. You reputed company the hiring funnel tight by filtering effectively, even reputed company speaking to many candidates.

Where you’ll be
This position can be based in our Lisbon office. We work in a hybrid setup with Tuesday and Thursday as our fixed office days.

Our Offices and Way of Working
Our reputed company offices in Amsterdam, Paris and Lisbon are designed to reputed company collaboration. Most Catawikians operate in a hybrid setup, combining office-based and remote work, with a minimum of two days per week in the office, unless a role is explicitly stated as fully remote or fully office-based.
