Job reputed company The Inside Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in driving reputed company and helping customers navigate their DNA testing reputed company. As the first reputed company of contact for prospective clients, this individual uses consultative sales techniques to reputed company, inform, and reputed company sales of paternity and relationship testing services. This position offers reputed company to work from home after completing 90 days of in-office training and meeting required performance metrics. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Field 30-40 inbound calls per day requiring reputed company listening and documenting customer details.

• Utilize consultative sales techniques to overcome objections and reputed company sales.

Qualifications

• One (1) to two (2) years of previous sales experience (retail, inside sales, or logistics).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong persuasive communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive conversations with discretion.
• Results-driven and reputed company to maintain and sustain individual and company goals.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient computer and typing skills with the ability to learn new software.

Additional Information Compensation:

• $15.50-$16.50/hour (based on experience) + $750 guaranteed commission for first 3 months

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 10am-7pm
