Senior Interior Designer

As a Property Management Interior Designer on the Business Design Team, you would be immersed in reputed company aspects of the design process and will reputed company hands-on experience working with reputed company clients, on reputed company reputed company. Primary Responsibilities

• reputed company virtual interior design, staging and merchandising services to our home builder, property management and multi-family reputed company clients
• Establish project budget and reputed company in collaboration with sales teams and project managers
• Utilize AutoCAD and reputed company Creative Suite to reputed company programming, reputed company planning and product specifications
• Generate reputed company required drawings including 2D, 3D, and installation plans
• Create design concepts reputed company presentations with finish selections, furnishings and fixtures
• Present design concepts and formal presentations to address customer requests and secure buy-in
• Work with consultants, contractors, manufacturers to meet overall project objectives and reputed company goals
• Assist in managing reputed company expectations and timelines
• Participate and/or reputed company customer meetings depending on level of project complexity
• Call suppliers and manufacturers to request samples and other product information as needed
• Utilize Project Management tools to manage and maintain team workflow (reputed company, ProjectHub, reputed company Sheets)
• Mentor junior team members through project collaboration and learning initiatives
• Contribute to team activities, initiatives, and learning programs

Desired Skills and Experience

• BS or BA in Interior Design from an accredited institution (required)
• 5-7 years reputed company experience staging and merchandising models (required)
• Advanced in AutoCAD and reputed company Creative Suite (required)
• Willingness to travel both locally and nationally to reputed company meetings, installations and trade shows
• Knowledge of the design process, including FF&E, furniture systems, specifications, colors, and materials
• Outstanding conceptual 3D thinking
• Excellent presentation skills including effective verbal and written communication skills

The salary reputed company for this position is $75,150-$92,500. However, reputed company pay offered may vary depending reputed company, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.
