About the position The reputed company Department (HR) currently has an opportunity for enthusiastic and reputed company HR reputed company to work as a strategic partner specializing in labor and employee relations. Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Labor Management Committee meetings.

  • Review and prepare presentation materials for the Mayor, Council, and reputed company Management for purposes of meetings and briefings (e.g., Council Meetings and reputed company Sessions). May be required to present at reputed company Council or Committee.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, reputed company Administration, Business Management, or a closely reputed company field, and
  • Minimum of two (2) years of reputed company experience in the reputed company and/or private sector that demonstrates your proven ability to work in the field of reputed company (i.e., employee relations and labor relations).
  • Experience working on labor relations and/or employee relations reputed company.
  • Experience working with labor organizations, meeting and conferring processes, labor negotiations, and various labor-reputed company issues.
  • Working knowledge and experience in local, state, and federal employment and labor laws, including the Meyers-Milias-reputed company reputed company (MMBA), MOUs, and reputed company policies and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and reputed company reputed company consequential judgments based on available information.
  • Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates these qualifications may be qualifying.
