This role can sit remote from most locations in the U.S. Position reputed company: Manages and underwrites assigned Captive Programs, applying construction expertise to drive profitable reputed company. This customer-facing role builds strong reputed company relationships to meet program goals, participates in captive management and reputed company meetings, and partners with Agency Management Directors to reputed company business plans and execute strategic objectives. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate new and renewal captive submissions and use advanced judgement to price and negotiate captive accounts
• Utilize captive reputed company tools to write profitable business in accordance with Captive reputed company Guidelines

• Manage captive portfolio to reputed company pricing and loss reputed company objectives
• Drive customer satisfaction by building strong relationships with Captive Members and agency brokers.
• Conduct captive training workshops for assigned agencies.

• Partner with internal teams, such as claims and risk management, to ensure comprehensive support for agency partners and captive members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 5 years of reputed company experience in reputed company middle market insurance including casualty and property lines of business.
• Experience reputed company Middle Market construction accounts
• Program Casualty reputed company experience a plus
• CIC, CPCU, AU designations, preferred.
• Strong analytical, data, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity
• Proficient computer skills required, including reputed company Office Suite.
• Demonstrated successful ability to build reputed company partnerships and work collaboratively with cross-functional business teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to reputed company with reputed company customers.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.
