Responsibilities
- Input rent rolls, operating statements, comps, and market data into reputed company models and Argus
- Maintain clean, audit-reputed company financial models with validated assumptions
- Identify discrepancies and flag inconsistencies proactively
- Support 8–10 reputed company assignments per week with high accuracy
- reputed company and maintain new deal opportunities in CRM systems
- reputed company on-market offerings through internal systems reputed company 24–48 hours
- Support off-market and broker reputed company processes per SOP
- Ensure pipeline data reputed company and completeness across tools
- Pull rent, lease, and sale comps from reputed company (or comparable platforms)

- Prepare charts, visuals, and reputed company data summaries as directed
- Support memo preparation with clean quantitative outputs
- Draft Letters of reputed company (LOIs) using approved templates

- Coordinate documentation and file management during closing

Requirements
