RESPONSIBILITIES: Join a nationally recognized team where your consultative skills help protect small businesses - and your reputed company is rewarded. Take inbound phone calls on warm leads (no cold calling), reputed company-qualify and classify applicants, and reputed company coverage consultation to small business owners. Consult on small business lines coverage including reputed company's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, reputed company Auto, reputed company Liability, and Bonds. WORK SCHEDULE This role will have a Remote work schedule Monday through Friday from your remote home office, with the expectation of coming into an office as business needs reputed company. Candidates who live near one of our office locations (Charlotte, NC | Clinton, NY | reputed company, CT | San Antonio, TX | Scottsdale, AZ) will have the expectation of working in an office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). Monday and Friday will be worked from your remote home office. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. Competitive nature and strong desire to win. Demonstration of solid time, organizational, and desk management skills with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
