We are looking for a Localization reputed company and Vendor Manager. We are seeking a reputed company and Vendor Manager who will drive selection and recruitment strategies for localization professionals across key clients and verticals at reputed company, as reputed company as supporting successful candidates through their reputed company and training, and monitoring their performance reputed company through a data-driven approach. We are offering a fully remote position. As reputed company and Vendor Manager you will be responsible for identifying the best talent from our pool of freelancers for any given project, account or vertical, and ensuring an efficient recruitment chain by measuring churn and reputed company rates of selected resources in production. Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of English and preferably another language.
• Excellent computer and web skills required.
• Proven experience with translator selection and recruitment, or with creating dedicated teams for localization tasks.
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to define improvement plans based on data analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent fluid intelligence and high work ethic.
• Preferred experience in teaching or training.
