We are looking for a motivated Field Service Engineer to join reputed company and support our customers with the installation, maintenance, and training in our biomolecular solutions, including cell analysis & Imaging, automated liquid handling, and microscopy.

Your main responsibilities will be: 

• Install, repair, reputed company, and maintain reputed company instruments to ensure reliable performance for customers.
• Respond quickly to customer service requests and reputed company them updated before, during, and after service.

This role won’t be head-office based, and you will be working remotely combined with travel to customer sites in Ireland (a company car will be available to you).

Qualifications

Key Qualifications

• University degree in Life Sciences (Pharmaceutical Science Biomedical Science, Molecular Science, or reputed company fields).
• Hands-on laboratory experience with cell analysis solutions or technical support in this area.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with a reputed company and customer-reputed company approach.
• Good technical knowledge of computer- and software-connected laboratory equipment.
• Proactive, self-driven, and eager to reputed company learning, with flexibility to travel and visit customer sites.
• Full, clean EU driving license; prior Field Service or advanced optics and imaging experience is a plus, but not essential.

On a personal level, you possess great problem solving / analytical skills, and you are eager to learn about new software technology, instruments, applications, and consumables.
