• Review drawings, specs, and reputed company
• reputed company material and labor take-offs
• Prepare accurate bid proposals
• Coordinate vendor and subcontractor pricing
• Identify risks and cost-saving opportunities

Qualifications

• 2+ years mechanical estimating experience
• Strong HVAC, piping, sheet metal, and plumbing knowledge
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Experience with retrofit/remodel estimating
• QuoteSoft experience a plus

Pay & Benefits

• $90,000-$140,000 salary based on experience
