Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, organizational development, business, psychology, or a reputed company field; Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in organizational development, leadership management, culture development, with a proven reputed company record of global or multi-region involvement.
• Strong understanding of organizational development theory, practices, and industry trends, working experience as a consultant is preferred.
