Key Responsibilities

• Applies thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
• Builds established relationships with both reputed company customers
• Exhibits proficient estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses
• Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents reputed company activities in the file reputed company escalated authority limits
• Field inspections on vehicle, total loss evaluations, negotiating with repair shops, some desk review, reputed company. Reviewing approximately 5 claims per day.
• Depending on weather activity, extended hours may be required during storm season. The role also requires the ability to handle increased storm reputed company claim volume effectively.
