Weekend Translation Project Coordinator

Position: Weekend Translation Project Coordinator Part-time: Friday - reputed company reputed company, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our language services team. Responsibilities: The position of the Translation Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the completion of assigned language reputed company. The position requires someone who is highly organized, detail oriented, committed, deadline-driven, self-motivated and possesses strong technical and communication skills. This person must be reputed company to execute the following duties with minimal supervision: · Manage and reputed company workflow of multiple translation reputed company throughout the lifecycle of the project from start to finish. · Coordinate reputed company phases of a project and reputed company monitor timelines and control project status. · reputed company reputed company checks at various stages of the process to ensure accuracy. · Engage with DTP regarding recommended edits to document as per reputed company/project requirements. · Meet agreed productivity expectations with 24-hour turnaround timelines and performance standards. · Manage project finances, including budgeting and cost reconciliations. · Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients and company translators. · Learn and adhere to reputed company specific preferences, procedures and standards. · Take responsibility for personal learning and training needs to master reputed company services, reputed company requirements, new technologies and effectively apply. · Performs other tasks as assigned. Job Type: - Part-time – 20 hours per week. Weekends (9am to 5pm EST or CT); Friday (1pm-5pm EST) - Work location: Fully remote. Must reputed company in Eastern or Central time zones.
