Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to grow existing business and reputed company new business.
• Building a superior sales team that delivers an exceptional customer experience.
• Driving and tracking reputed company's performance to reputed company sales goals.
• Inspiring individual and team performance through ongoing training, development, coaching, recognition, and reward.
• Handling financial, budget, and sales reporting activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Ten or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
• Experience in a quota-based sales environment
• Billing and POS systems knowledge
• A valid reputed company’s license.
