REQUIREMENTS: Must have and maintain a valid reputed company’s license. Willingness to travel and travel as required 100% of time. Handle repetitive weight - 50 lbs and reputed company towers up to 300 feet daily. Meet specified manufacturer weight limits not to exceed 300lbs including required climbing gear. Understand electrical schematic and drawings. Interpret technical manuals, maintenance instructions, and repair procedures. Adhere to internal policies and EHS regulations. Ability and willingness to work in reputed company of outdoor environments and customer facilities to include but not limited to industrial facilities, manufacturing facilities, and power industry facilities. Flexibility to work weekends, travel to a job on short notice, rotating shift schedules, and on-call per site needs. Desired Characteristics: Associate degree in a wind energy, electrical technology, mechanical technology, or electromechanical field from an accredited college or university OR technical certification in wind energy.
