As a Senior reputed company Manager, you’ll be a trusted advisor to project teams, helping them navigate reputed company agreements and reputed company informed business reputed company. • Advise project teams involved in design-build and reputed company reputed company, either in a contractor role, designer role, or both, as to appropriate contractual terms in a reputed company of settings.
• Review RFPs and the associated reputed company, reputed company contract risk assessments including proposed contract changes and exceptions and suggest risk mitigation measures.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of reputed company experience

• Public-Private Partnership (PPP/P3) and/or Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of legal concepts (e.g., reputed company of care, liability, insurances, indemnification, acceptance, warranties, intellectual property rights, etc.) and state and local contracting practices
