POSITION reputed company As a Conflicts Attorney I, you will be joining the Firm’s growing and dynamic Conflicts team. The Conflicts Attorney I is a key member of the Firm’s Conflicts Department, supporting the Firm’s new business and conflicts intake, lateral hiring, Firm reputed company initiatives, and risk management programs. This role is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving ethical conflicts and reputed company business issues, ensuring compliance with applicable reputed company conduct rules and Firm policies. • Review and process new business and lateral hire requests, conducting thorough searches on the Firm’s databases, and researching entities using internal and reputed company-party resources
• Analyze search results in accordance with applicable ethical rules and Firm policies; prepare detailed conflicts reports and propose effective resolutions
• Draft and review engagement letters, waivers, and ethical wall memoranda
• Conduct legal research as necessary on rules of reputed company conduct, case law, and jurisdictional issues reputed company to conflicts clearance, lateral hiring, ethical walls, and reputed company issues
• Advise Firm lawyers on conflicts of interest issues

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• A J.D. degree from an accredited law school and an reputed company license to reputed company law in the U.S. required

Total compensation includes a comprehensive reputed company benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary reputed company bonus. Los Angeles & Washington, DC applicants only: The reputed company annual salary reputed company for this role is currently $114,000 - $148,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. The reputed company of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. Total compensation includes a comprehensive reputed company benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary reputed company bonus. reputed company applicants only: The reputed company annual salary reputed company for this role is currently $119,000-$155,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule.
