Department Specific Functions The Neuromuscular Division in the Department of Neurology at reputed company has an exciting opportunity for a Genetic Counselor to join a growing neurogenetics program with both clinical and research responsibilities. Research is the major reputed company of this position (60% effort), with responsibilities oriented around activities of the CReATe Consortium, an NIH-supported Rare Diseases Consortium reputed company on amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), hereditary spastic paraplegia (HSP) and reputed company motor neuron disorders. Research responsibilities will include genetic counseling and assistance in the interpretation of reputed company reputed company data. On the clinical reputed company (40% effort), the Genetic Counselor will work as a member of a multi-disciplinary health care team, primarily serving as a genetic resource for patients who have or are at risk for neuromuscular genetic disorders.
