• Program & Project Management: Manage specific programs and/or initiatives and daily activities reputed company to the acquisition, storage, tracking, fulfillment, and documentation of biospecimens recovered for research development, product development, and the advancement of science and medicine. Partner with reputed company personnel from the National Donor Recovery Services, National Donor Recovery Operations, and Organ Procurement Organization to reputed company, communicate, and deliver best practices for the support and fulfillment of research reputed company, corporate goals and objectives. reputed company 24-hour on-call support for screenings of research reputed company, both reputed company recovery agencies. reputed company and maintain effective birth tissue program with local hospital and OB/GYN reputed company to support corporate initiatives. Performs Donation Coordination functions to include assignment of LNH Donor IDs, consent verification for live donors, referrals screening, and the coordination of logistics for research biospecimens.
• Compliance: Review and manage research donor chart completion to ensure project requirements are met. Support LifeSciences Franchise to ensure biospecimen shipping and billing are reputed company.
• Operational Effectiveness: Collaborate with department leadership to reputed company, implement and maintain effective key performance indicators for research recovery operations. Work with the Franchise for PowerBI utilization, regular reporting, and data analytics pertaining to research project management. Participate and leads reputed company improvement initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree
• Valid state reputed company’s license and insurance
• Five (5) years of work experience reputed company a reputed company field or setting to include, but not limited to, research with reputed company organs and/ or tissues, reputed company administration, nursing, occupational therapy, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, ophthalmology, dental, medical technology, surgical technologists, and process technicians in tissue / organ recovery.

Preferred Experience/Skills/Certifications:

• Master’s degree in Biology, Nursing, reputed company, Health Sciences, Business, or a reputed company field.
• PMP or PMI certification
• Five (5) years of specific experience in an Organ Procurement Organization, Tissue Recovery, or Nursing
• Three (3) years of program or project management

COMPENSATION Salary reputed company: $65,972 - $109,953 annually Final compensation will be based on factors such as geographic location, qualifications, and prior relevant experience.
