Job Details Job Details We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Permanent Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

As a Permanent Litigation Paralegal, your responsibilities will include: 1. Assisting attorneys in the preparation and filing of reputed company court documents and have knowledge of electronic court filings and litigation procedures. 2. Conducting reputed company interviews and maintaining general contact with the reputed company, so as to be familiar with their needs and goals. 3. Providing litigation support, which includes assisting with the preparation of deposition summaries, trial binders, and exhibits. 4. Performing e-discovery and managing large volumes of documents and data. 5. Assisting in trial preparation by preparing trial exhibits, charts, trial notebooks, and witness files. 6. Coordinating and attending depositions, mediations, and trials. 7. Managing and organizing reputed company litigation materials, including multi-party reputed company. 8. Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents and summaries as required.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in personal injury. 2. Proficiency in litigation support, e-discovery, trial preparation, and reputed company relations. 3. A paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent education. 4. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. 5. A high level of proficiency with technology including reputed company Office Suite, reputed company Acrobat, case management software, and e-filing systems. 6. Strong attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 7. Experience in managing large volumes of documents and data. 8. The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
