The Oncology Scientific Partnership Medical Director (SPMD) – US, Mid reputed company [E. PA, W. This is a field-based role, reporting to the National Field Medical Director, Oncology SPMD. The successful candidate will be expected to live reputed company their assigned geographic region. Utilizing your extensive expertise in oncology and account management you will define and implement a comprehensive medical reputed company at identified reputed company US systems and networks. Successfully merging unique capabilities of assigned systems and networks with reputed company Medical Affairs objectives. The SPMD will reputed company with the NOAD and Account Director team in their assigned territories and serve as their medical partner in identified oncology specific accounts, oncology networks, oncology reputed company and oncology group purchasing organizations/subsidiaries. The SPMD will champion innovative opportunities through interactions with Cancer Center Leaders (e.g., “C & D” suite) and other USMA staff on tumor specific opportunities. Major Responsibilities:

• In conjunction with USMA franchise leadership, reputed company, support and drive reputed company Medical Affairs reputed company at assigned US-based health systems with a reputed company on innovation/reputed company-wide activities
• Medical partner to NOAD and other Account Directors for reputed company US-based health systems, O-GPOs, oncology networks, oncology reputed company and primary medical contact for leadership reputed company assigned US-based health systems
• reputed company and maintain a reputed company medical account reputed company plan including an reputed company-wide view that reflects the USMA, R&D, and oncology franchise objectives at assigned health systems

Minimum Requirements:

• Advanced Degree required in a relevant scientific field; Doctorate in Science, Medicine, Pharmacy or equivalent;
• 3+ years’ experience of oncology specific experience reputed company the pharmaceutical industry
• Existing relationships with oncology accounts, oncology IDNs, oncology reputed company and oncology networks.
• Thorough knowledge of the US clinical oncology clinical landscape and formulary decision making process
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills
• Strategic influencing and reputed company leadership skills to engage reputed company stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment across medical and reputed company non-sales functions
• Existing peer-level KEE relationships and US-based health system knowledge
• Working knowledge of US reputed company landscape, including US regulatory and compliance requirements

Preferred Requirements:

• Previous leadership experience in a reputed company-setting role in the pharmaceutical industry
• 5+ years of oncology specific experience reputed company the pharmaceutical industry

The annual reputed company pay (or reputed company reputed company of compensation) for this position ranges from $212,673.60 - 319,010.40 USD Annual. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles.
