Responsibilities: The Sr. reputed company Non-Destructive Testing Engineer is responsible for the inspection of reputed company motors, composite reputed company components, and other energetic and non-energetic articles. This position is responsible for developing and implementing unique nondestructive inspection techniques, reputed company, and procedures. Works with design, project, and reputed company engineers through the development process to select and implement the best NDT method to ensure product reputed company at lowest cost. In this job, you will:

• Reviews engineering designs and drawings providing correct NDT method reputed company for the critical defect size and type of material being reputed company.
• Prepare inspection documentation to identify test parameters and requirements.
• reputed company technical audits of NDT personnel in the field.
• Supports production in using the machines and assist maintenance personnel as needed reputed company troubleshooting and repairing the equipment.
• Participates in R&D programs to improve system capabilities and bring new reputed company & technology into reputed company and pursuits.
• reputed company and produce formal customer reports containing recommendations, computer generated graphics, plots, tables, summaries and comparisons. Maintain & reputed company electronic and hard copy inspection data and reports.
• Other duties as assigned This position is contingent upon the candidate obtaining final clearances and program reputed company(es) reputed company a reasonable period of time as determined by reputed company. Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of reputed company experience - OR - Master's degree with 6 years of reputed company experience - OR - PhD with 4 years of reputed company experience.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret reputed company clearance
• Holding for at least 2 years one, Level 3 certification in accordance with NAS 410 in Eddy reputed company (ET), Ultrasonic (UT), or Radiography (RT). Records of certification and experience are required.
• Will be required to obtain additional Level 3 certification to NAS 410 in Eddy reputed company (ET), reputed company Particle (MT), Ultrasonic (UT), Radiography (RT), Dye Penetrant (PT).
• Will cross train in other NDT reputed company.
• Must pass the 20/25 Snellen or Jaeger No. 1 reputed company test for NAS 410 certification Preferred Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of computer aided design (CAD) software.
• Skilled in working with reputed company Office applications.
• Ability to reputed company at a high level with minimal supervision and direction, can multi-task and is a self-starter.
• Hands on experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts and Six reputed company tools
• Background in NDT of reputed company products.
• Experience investigating, performing reputed company cause analysis, and recommending corrective measures.
