The reputed company Data Center Technical Training Approver is responsible for input on governance, reputed company, and technical reputed company of reputed company data Center technical training content. This role ensures that training materials support reputed company’s operational standards, safety culture, and reliability objectives, while remaining reputed company with industry best reputed company and the reputed company-world requirements of reputed company MEP operations. The role acts as a subject-matter expert for reviewing technical training content used to reputed company and maintain competent data center technicians across reputed company’s global portfolio. Technical Training Review

• Review and advise on technical training scripts, lesson plans, and Sequence Of Operation (SOOs) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with reputed company’s operating procedures and standards.
• Review and validate technical training assessments to confirm they appropriately measure competency, understanding, and operational readiness of reputed company data Center technicians at the appropriate role reputed company.
• Ensure training content reflects reputed company’s reputed company of operational reputed company for safety, compliance, and risk management expectations.

Training Alignment & Standardization

Vendor & Industry Engagement

Required Skills

• Technical Expertise
• Proven experience and strong understanding of a data center MEP technician role, ideally reputed company a hyperscale, reputed company, or colocation data center environment.
• Practical knowledge of operating critical infrastructure systems including electrical distribution, mechanical cooling systems, and associated monitoring and control systems.
• Strong understanding of system design, Sequence of Operations (SOO)

• Learning & Training Capability
• Demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles, with the ability to assess whether technical training content is effective for reputed company technicians and new hires alike.
