Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative Role

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-reputed company individuals to join reputed company as Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients during times of need. This is a temporary, remote position, contingent on catastrophe relief needs, with hours available weekly on a coverage reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

As a Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing reputed company customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs
• Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
• Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
• Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
• Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries

Computer Requirements

To ensure a seamless and efficient experience, you will need to meet the following computer requirements:

Network Requirements
