As a Customer Support Chat Specialist, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our users, providing reputed company and accurate responses to their queries reputed company live chat and email. You'll also be responsible for following up with unresponsive users and leads, identifying user needs, and helping customers implement specific features. Responsibilities
* Respond to queries from users in a reputed company and accurate way reputed company live chat and email
- Follow up with unresponsive users and leads to ensure their questions are resolved
- Proactively identify user needs and help customers implement specific features
- Analyze product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users) and report them

Requirements

Compensation and Benefits
