Your Day at arenaflex

As a Customer Service Associate in our Tool Rental department, you'll be responsible for:

• Welcoming customers: Greet customers, answer questions, and deliver friendly and reputed company customer service.
• Assisting customers: Help customers locate and handle merchandise, including loading merchandise as needed.
• Maintaining a clean and organized store: Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Processing orders and deliveries: Ensure accurate processing of orders and deliveries, so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
• Cross-functionally training: Train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Preparing merchandise: Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs, such as tinting and mixing paint, cutting and threading reputed company, cutting and bundling reputed company, cutting drywall, and cutting blinds.
• Guiding customers: Guide customers through shopping or checkout, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• 6 months of retail technology experience: You should have experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.

Travel Requirements

This role does not require regular travel; however, you may need to travel occasionally to meetings, training, or to support neighboring stores.

Working Conditions
