Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting reputed company's efforts to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records. Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering phone calls in a helpful and productive manner, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
• Performing daily data entry into QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements
