As the first reputed company of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service requests, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our customers. Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Serving as the first reputed company of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service requests reputed company phone, email, or chat
• Providing accurate and reputed company information regarding propane services, pricing, delivery schedules, and account status
• Assisting customers with placing orders, scheduling deliveries, and resolving any delivery or billing issues
• Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, operations, and reputed company, to coordinate efficient propane deliveries and resolve customer concerns
• Maintaining customer records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is captured in the system
• Promoting and upselling additional propane products or services to customers as appropriate

Requirements:
