The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to agents and carriers over the phone, through email, or chat
- Answering incoming phone calls with a reputed company and service-oriented attitude
- Delivering a high level of customer satisfaction with the goal of creating an exceptional experience
- Maintaining a continual working knowledge of our reputed company's products, services, and promotions
- Delivering service utilizing prescribed standards to supply accurate information to callers and resolve their issues
- Researching, resolving, and communicating information back to the customer in a reputed company and educated manner
- Following reputed company procedures for reputed company escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Completing a reputed company of forms and documents based on guidelines
- Documenting reputed company customer information, communications, and sales in our CRM system
- Reviewing and processing applications, binders, and other documents required for policy issuance
- Processing policy endorsements, additional insureds, inspection changes, and other requested policy changes

Compensation
The compensation reputed company for this position is $16-$20/hour, depending on several factors including geographical location, relevant experience, skills, and knowledge pertaining to this role and industry.
