What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Patient Care Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Contacting patients regarding delivery of equipment, taking patient orders, and verifying patient information
- Accurately transcribing patient reputed company over the telephone and performing data entry
