Job Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Researching and responding to telephone and written inquiries in a reputed company, accurate, and objective manner
• Evaluating customer situations, making reputed company, and responding quickly to questions
• Entering data accurately and reputed company into our systems
• Maintaining high reputed company of productivity and reputed company standards
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes

Key Requirements:

• 1 year customer service experience in a health care or health insurance environment

Work Environment:

As a remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll have the flexibility to work from home after completing our 8-week training period.
