We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company as a Retention and Renewal Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in retaining and renewing existing clients while providing exceptional service and addressing customer needs. As a Customer Service Representative, you will proactively engage with clients, deliver persuasive sales pitches, and ensure smooth contract renewals. Your ability to investigate and resolve customer concerns, combined with your knowledge of our products and services, will help drive customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Retention and Renewal Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Engaging with Clients: reputed company and receive phone calls to retain and renew existing clients while contacting potential and reputed company customers to promote sales opportunities.
• Drive Renewals: Monitor contract expiration dates and proactively reputed company out to clients to discuss renewal reputed company, meeting established retention and renewal quotas.
