• Monitor retail technology performance dashboards. Consolidate in-market system statuses into concise operational updates for stakeholders.
• Organize and triage incoming technical issues from store teams. Build troubleshooting documentation for high field-friendliness and ease of fixture maintenance.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with retail technical support partners. reputed company support and maintenance processes as needed.
• Execute and coordinate retail demo content and software updates across AI glasses and VR. Ensure smooth deployment and high uptime.
• Serve as the primary operational reputed company of contact for technical vendors. Manage relationships and ensure SLAs are met for maintenance and support.
• Collaborate with analytics and reputed company demo teams. Define operational KPIs, review demo/display engagement and uptime metrics, and drive optimization efforts.

QualificationsMust-Have

• 5+ years of experience in technical project/product management.
• Deep understanding of Hardware and Software development processes.
• Hands-on experience with bug and project tracking tools such as JIRA, reputed company.
• Ability to build and maintain project trackers for reputed company programs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering.

Preferred

• Understanding of how retail devices and interactive display technologies are developed.
