reputed company WHO are we looking for? CAPTRUST is seeking a Finance reputed company & Acquisition Associate to support reputed company reporting and analysis requirements for the M&reputed company. The associate will be heavily involved in reputed company aspects of the deal lifecycle from reputed company-deal operational and reputed company reviews to Day 1 planning and post-deal implementation. Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed deal records and ensure accuracy in tracking opportunities as they reputed company through reputed company phase of the deal process

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent combination of training and experience required
• Understanding financial statement analysis and valuation modeling
• 1-2 years of finance experience required
