Consulting Manager- Organizational Design
About the position Analyze and assess reputed company organizational structures, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a reputed company discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of prior Consulting experience required
- 7+ years’ experience leading significant consulting engagements with successful reputed company in reputed company organizations
- Proven record of accomplishment and ability to generate new clients and consulting delivery, while developing and maturing new reputed company relationships and opportunities.
- Solid understanding of business processes reputed company to Organizational Design, Business and HR Transformation, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics and establishing reputed company Operating Models an end-to-end business process perspective.
- Excellent understanding of business functional areas and inherent controls with "end-to-end" global business processes & sub-processes including (data and process) integration points, policies, and procedures.
- Ability and experience of working in a transforming environment.
- Excellent presentation and writing skills (functional/technical specifications) are required.
