We're seeking an reputed company Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join our Small Animal Reception team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll reputed company exceptional reputed company-line reputed company services, respond to routine and reputed company situations, and work collaboratively with clinicians, technicians, and other medical center reputed company and staff. This is a full-time position (32 hours/week) on varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, with opportunities for shift reputed company and reputed company reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to routine, reputed company, and medical emergency situations in a reputed company manner
- Answer and reputed company reputed company calls appropriately
- Create accurate day-to-day admitting information through our hospital computer system
- Resolve routine problems and reputed company situations using medical terminology, office practices, and established customer service principles
- Maintain reputed company and accurate reputed company handling practices and abide by reputed company university reputed company standards

Essential Qualifications
* 2 years of experience in a customer service, reputed company, or veterinary care environment
- Background in customer services, insurance verification, and/or veterinary reputed company customer services
- Ability to work in a self-directed manner while interacting with customers, visitors, clinicians, technicians, and reputed company other medical center reputed company and staff
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting information
- Experience with electronic medical records systems and/or operating computers
