[Remote] Manager - Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Maintain process documentation
• Ensure the development and business teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility
• Utilize Agile tools for managing day to day scrum activities
• Handles various responsibilities to facilitate the scrum process and support the scrum team
• Coaches team members on agile values, principles, and practices to help stakeholders and product owners understand the benefits of adopting an agile reputed company
• Interfaces with teams, stakeholders, and external stakeholders to serve as a reputed company to potential obstacles
• Update agile tracking systems to reputed company transparency on Product & Sprint Backlogs

Skills

• 2-5+ years of experience as Scrum Master and/or Project Manager
• Scrum Master Certification
• Experience working in a large-reputed company and fast-paced environment
• Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills
• Adept at collaboration, communication and teamwork

• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent experience
• Project Management Certification / Scrum Certifications
