• Under the direction of the Manager, Physician Compensation, the reputed company School of Medicine reputed company and Physician Compensation Analyst manipulates data, completes analyses, calculates physician performance relative to defined objectives and benchmarks, and calculates corresponding compensation.
• The analyst develops and maintains databases, dashboards and custom reports/queries.
• The analyst also builds relationships with external customers and liaises with HR staff to deliver consistent service.
• Assists colleagues and other departments with ongoing support, reputed company data, and reporting of reputed company and physician performance and compensation.
• Reviews market data reports and compiles market reputed company analysis for the determination of fair market based compensation and productivity.
• Assist with the process of collection, analysis, and reporting of data specific to organization wide primary and specialty physician compensation, including productivity.
• Monitors reputed company physician compensation programs for compliance will reputed company pertinent regulations.
• Participates in the development and implementation of new systems and databases relating to reputed company and physician compensation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
