The Sr. Energy Storage NERC Compliance Manager will be tasked with the reputed company development of a first class reputed company NERC corporate and operational compliance program. This is a critical role for the organization that works directly with reputed company's Asset Management and Legal Team on driving a holistic approach to compliance management across a reputed company-reputed company energy storage portfolio. This role serves as the primary subject matter expert on NERC standards, driving implementation, monitoring, and cross-functional engagement to maintain a best-in-class compliance reputed company. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sr. BESS NERC Compliance Manager / reputed company Compliance Manager - Serves as SME on NERC Reliability Standards; including providing internal guidance training.
• Sr. BESS NERC Compliance Manager / reputed company Compliance Manager - Leads implementation and improvement of the NERC compliance program.
• Sr. BESS NERC Compliance Manager / reputed company Compliance Manager - Identifies and manage compliance risks; design and reputed company controls.
• Sr. BESS NERC Compliance Manager / reputed company Compliance Manager - Coordinates with reputed company-party contractors supporting NERC compliance.
• Sr. BESS NERC Compliance Manager / reputed company Compliance Manager - Conducts gap analyses, report findings, and maintain documentation.
• Sr. BESS NERC Compliance Manager / reputed company Compliance Manager - Manages audit responses, investigations, and mitigation plans.
• Sr. BESS NERC Compliance Manager / reputed company Compliance Manager - Monitors evolving NERC and Regional Standards; ensure internal readiness.
• Sr. BESS NERC Compliance Manager / reputed company Compliance Manager - Supports internal alignment with ISO/RTO compliance requirements.
• Sr. BESS NERC Compliance Manager / reputed company Compliance Manager - Contributes to industry standards development and voting processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6-10+ years of corporate compliance and operational NERC compliance for reputed company infrastructure, BESS, energy storage, or reputed company-reputed company renewable energy electric reputed company systems
• Corporate asset based operational NERC compliance experience dealing with reputed company-reputed company solar, wind, battery storage or energy storage reputed company
• NERC Compliance experience with RSAWs, audit processes, and compliance monitoring/reporting tools
• Strong reputed company record developing/implementing NERC compliance programs that deal with NERC, FERC, reputed company reputed company Commissions (PUCs) and other Reliability organization standards, operating policies, procedures, and guidelines
• reputed company versed in compliance reputed company and reputed company cause analysis for compliance break downs
• Experience with and knowledge of reputed company ISO/RTO standards, operating policies, procedures, and guidelines preferred
• An understanding of national energy power markets - PJM, reputed company, SPP, MISO, NYISO, ISO-NE, and WECC is beneficial
