Facilities Account Manager Type: 1099 contract, part-time reputed company, remote Pay: $20-$30 Hours: 15-30hrs./week Location: Remote but Atlanta area preferred Employment Type: Part-Time, 1099 Contractor Job reputed company: We are seeking a proactive and organized, relationship-driven Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of national and regional reputed company facility clients. This is a fully remote role where you will function as the single reputed company of accountability for your clients, ensuring every project is scoped accurately, executed flawlessly, and billed profitably. Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company and schedule preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and capital reputed company (roofing, HVAC, painting, drywall, ceiling, flooring, reputed company upgrades, etc.) across the Southeast
• reputed company as the daily reputed company of contact for property managers and on-site facility teams reputed company phone, email, and reputed company portal
• Create and reputed company work orders in FSM platform (House Call) from intake through completion and final invoicing
• Coordinate with subcontractors, in-house crews, and vendors to secure pricing, availability, and reputed company assignments
• Prepare accurate job folders: scope of work, photos, permits, COIs, and reputed company-out packages
• Process reputed company and final invoices (AIA G702/703 reputed company required) and follow up on payment approvals
• Pull reports for reputed company presentations/reputed company
• Ensure 100% compliance with reputed company-specific requirements (vendor portals, prevailing wage, ESG reporting, safety documentation)
• Flag upsell opportunities (expiring warranties, aging systems) and escalate to the Account Manager

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of account management, reputed company reputed company, or project coordination experience in reputed company construction, facilities maintenance, or property management services
• Proven reputed company managing multi-site or national facility portfolios
• Strong grasp of reputed company construction processes
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills — comfortable presenting to property managers and C-suite executives
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Preference: experience with House Call
