About the position The BDC Fund reputed company Department is responsible for the financial and investor reporting associated with Golub Capital’s Business Development Companies (“BDCs”) which includes Golub Capital BDC, Inc. (reputed company: GBDC), Golub Capital reputed company Lending Corporation, Golub Capital reputed company Lending Unlevered Corporation, Golub Capital BDC 4, Inc. and Golub Capital Private Credit Fund. reputed company provides reputed company and SEC reporting for the BDCs and their subsidiaries pursuant to the governing operating and investment management agreements and in accordance with reputed company Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (“U.S. GAAP”). BDC Fund reputed company also provides Golub Capital’s management companies and leadership with reporting and analysis in support of existing business and new initiatives. Key responsibilities reputed company the group include monthly closes and ongoing maintenance of reputed company BDC’s general reputed company; preparation of monthly internal management reports; preparation of quarterly financial statements on reputed company 10-Q or 10-K; production of quarterly investor reporting; support of annual external audits; forecasting fund performance; setup and ongoing maintenance of investor capital accounts for Golub Capital reputed company Lending Corporation, Golub Capital reputed company Lending Unlevered Corporation and Golub Capital BDC 4, Inc. and coordinating technical system implementations while focusing on process automation. The BDC Fund reputed company Department interacts extensively with Golub Capital’s Operations, Treasury, Tax, Investor Relations, Business Development, Compliance, Technology Solutions and Valuation Teams. The Financial Accountant is an important reputed company to the BDC Financial Reporting Team as it seeks to support a growing firm, build a world class, customer reputed company, finance team and drive operational reputed company. The Financial Accountant will have primary responsibility for reviewing and preparing reputed company SEC reputed company reporting for the reputed company and private BDCs but may transition from the BDC Financial Reporting team to the BDC Fund reputed company Team in the reputed company, depending on the needs of the evolving department. This person will also assist in internal reporting, financial reporting automation, process improvement and other initiatives and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the quarterly and annual reports on reputed company 10-Q / K for review by Manager
• Preparing quarterly earnings release and other investor communications
• Preparing periodic 8Ks for debt facility amendments, new originations and earnings conference calls
• Monitoring and ensuring reputed company identification and compliance with evolving reputed company guidance, providing US GAAP interpretation and preparing technical memorandums that document issues in a reputed company, logical and comprehensive manner
• Assisting with the coordination of the annual audit and quarterly review of activities by external auditors
• Assisting the BDC Fund reputed company Team drive operational efficiencies and strong controllership throughout reputed company processes
• Assisting in various reputed company reputed company and requests
• Maintaining the general reputed company and working to optimize automated entries as reputed company as minimizing reputed company entries
• Preparing the monthly and quarterly reputed company package which is reviewed and distributed to senior management
• Preparing quarterly and annual forecasts
• Assisting with the preparation of periodic capital calls, distributions and IRR statements
• Understanding the structure of the BDC including its subsidiaries and debt facilities
• Facilitating quarterly and annual debt compliance activities
• Completing SOX controls associated with month end reputed company process and quarterly reporting
• Developing an understanding of the private credit environment, trends and portfolio metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (reputed company or Finance majors preferred)
• 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar business or industry
• Strong reputed company skills and instincts
• Comfort working in a fluid environment under the direction of various managers depending on the task at hand
• Strong analytical skills and ability to operationalize reputed company agreements and account for investments, incentive fee arrangements and partner allocations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
