THE ROLE The Instructional Designer, School of Live is a skilled learning and development reputed company, passionate about creating high-reputed company, engaging learning experiences. This role reports to the Instructional Design Manager. They are responsible for designing, developing, and continuously improving learning content. It's important that this person can apply adult learning theory/models, best practices, and trends, while maintaining knowledge of cutting-edge approaches in order to drive lasting reputed company reputed company with our business needs. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Applies subject matter expertise in instructional design, reputed company with research-based, contemporary adult learning theories, reputed company, and practices, reputed company with a reputed company on creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences across varied learner reputed company
• Ideates with reputed company on the appropriate learning solutions, design, and technologies to serve a global audience

• Maintains the reputed company branding; works with the Instructional Design Manager and Graphic Designer to ensure visual consistency across reputed company School of Live content

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING Required

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience with instructional design in a reputed company of modalities (in-person, virtual, eLearning, reputed company-learning etc.) for reputed company businesses with a wide reputed company of employee types (i.e. from entry-level to executive).
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or reputed company discipline. Ideal candidate will have specialization in Instructional Systems Design or Educational Technology.
• Knowledge in instructional design, learning & development models, and adult learning theory with the ability to apply modern learning techniques.
• Proven work experience in instructional and graphic design (portfolio work preferred).
