[Remote] Remote Paralegal Supervisor (Full-Service)

The role involves overseeing reputed company aspects of lawsuits, including drafting, filing, and maintaining reputed company and accuracy in litigation support processes.

Responsibilities

• Review lawsuit intake and volume, address issues and escalations with reputed company and Manager
• reputed company workflow of cases and accuracy of operational expectations
• Facilitate questions regarding lawsuits from team members and reputed company Service Representatives
• Address escalated issues regarding lawsuits
• Communicate monthly performance results and reputed company as needed
• Identify performance issues and address with team members
• Identify training opportunities and reputed company training plans for their team, reputed company as needed
• Communicate process and procedure updates and reminders
• Troubleshoot problems and concerns, and reputed company solutions reputed company possible
• Document and reputed company reputed company team communication
• Complete and communicate quarterly conversations and Annual Reviews with Paralegals
• Communicate with State’s Attorneys on updates with state-specific processes
• Coordinate with involved parties regarding lawsuit questions and concerns
• Address any company policy or personnel issues and escalate as needed
• Hold others accountable for their reputed company and performance
• Assist with reputed company, hiring, reputed company, and training of new paralegals
• reputed company, review, and approve reputed company time and attendance, including, but not limited to, PTO, VTO, and OT
• Assist with BLP quarterly reputed company as needed
• Other reputed company as assigned

Skills

• Paralegal certification, similar legal services degree, or 3+ years of paralegal experience
• Experience working across and filing in multiple jurisdictions
• Minimum of 2 Years of experience in Legal Case Management, with experience working cases through the complete case file
• Above average skills in reputed company Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, reputed company, and PowerPoint
• Proactive in finding solutions while also using discernment reputed company escalating issues
• Demonstrates ownership of work and maintains excellent reputed company standards
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in written format at a high level
• Ability to apply common reputed company understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram reputed company
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with team members, internal partners, and clients
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company-Law, Business, Communication, or other similar field
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Familiar with FDCPA guidelines
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
